Barbados Carnival, often known as Crop Over Competition, is an annual pageant held in Barbados to have a good time the tip of the sugar cane harvest. The 2025 pageant is predicted to happen from July twenty fourth to August seventh.
The pageant is a vibrant and colourful celebration of Barbadian tradition, that includes music, dance, and meals. The pageant has its roots within the 18th century, when enslaved Africans had been allowed to have a good time their tradition throughout the Crop Over pageant.
