In Poland, “niedziele handlowe 2025” refers back to the designated Sundays in 2025 when retail shops are permitted to open for enterprise. These Sundays are exceptions to the overall rule that retail commerce is prohibited on Sundays and public holidays.
The aim of limiting Sunday buying and selling is to supply staff within the retail sector with a day of relaxation and to guard small companies that can’t compete with bigger shops which might be open seven days per week. Nevertheless, there are some exemptions to this rule, similar to small outlets, pharmacies, and gasoline stations.
