All Saints Day is a Christian feast day celebrated on November 1st. It’s a day to honor all of the saints, recognized and unknown, who’ve died and are actually in heaven. All Saints Day is a time to recollect the lives of the saints and to replicate on their examples of religion and holiness.
The origins of All Saints Day could be traced again to the early days of the Church. Within the 4th century, the Church started to put aside sure days to commemorate the martyrs who had died for his or her religion. Over time, nowadays have been expanded to incorporate all of the saints, and All Saints Day turned a serious feast day within the Church calendar.
Within the Western Church, All Saints Day is well known with a Mass and a procession. Within the Jap Church, All Saints Day is well known with a vigil and a Divine Liturgy.
